After how badly 3 was botched, I don't necessarily think putting the kiabash on 4 is a bad thing

It's probably for the best seeing as Raimi left the project. This way we wont get Spider-Man Forever.

Shit, seriously? I hated Spiderman 3 as much as the next guy, but a reboot seems kinda... extreme. Of course, look at what happened to Batman. Wait and see, I say.

I just recently seen Spider-Man 3. I think I enjoyed maybe three scenes of the entire thing.
Can't really see how a 4 and a proposed 5 would work with the way it ends or a good reason to see it.

Those were the only good parts of the film. Especially when he goes to the jazz bar and just unloads sick dance moves all over the place.

I hate the idea of putting Parker back in high school... just progress the story where Spider-Man 3 left off, i.e.: Parker and Mary Jane patch things up, except have be portrayed by actors we actually care about.

I liked Spiderman 3; I thought it had a lot of heart. :\

I have tried to watch Spiderman 3 a few times but can never make it very far into it. I think when he is in the church ripping off the black shit that is Venom is about as far as I have ever made it. :\

Fuck, Spider-Man 3 was such a disappointment that I lost faith in Sam Raimi until "Drag Me to Hell."

You liked Drag Me to Hell? I think I rolled my eyes during that more than any other movie.

Drag Me to Hell is a great movie! I especially loved the graveyard scene, it felt like watching a classic 80s horror movie.
My favorite part wasn't actually in the movie though.
The guy behind me in the theater said "if there's a talking goat in this movie, I'm leaving... OK, I'm leaving." :)
I guess now with the Spider-Man remake we'll probably never get to see Carnage. :\

Like the previous guy said, it's a nice throwback -- particularly if you were a Raimi fan before the Spider-Man movies.
So many gross-out scenes. It was great, and I really didn't expect that.
