It's reasonably offensive that some people have green names. I mean, post counts were gotten rid of so that we could all feel equal and on the same level right? It was so that new people could feel welcome. How is it going to look when they see green names, and their name is just grey? Sad, that's how.

I guess what I am saying is that I want something too.

Honestly, the greens were added in to ward off spammers. For the people who are actual real spammers (as opposed to spambots), they're less likely to try posting in a forum that has admins/mods logged in regularly - which we do - so I thought I'd give it a try for a bit. Mean green machines, we are. :x

In all seriousness I like that the mods get green names, lets me know who mods are without having to make an educated guess (although I was already pretty sure who they were)

There are a lot of people who join who are too stupid to actually find the forums and just post comments whenever a new article is added. Members who are pussies are also driven into those same recesses.
