Help me find this old show

Okay, back in the day, I remember a "save the earth" special that had Christopher Lloyd in it as Doc Brown from Back to the Future. It also had a lot of other characters from other franchises, like Married With Children. It was some kind of huge crossover special and I can't for the life of me remember what its called and IMDB is of no help.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Was Pernell Roberts (Trapper John) also in this special, operating on Mother Earth w/Doogie? He's not credited in the IMDB link, yet I distinctly remember seeing him in the O.R. :confused
