Anyway I've been following him on Youtube for a while now and every week he's been eating at Dairy Queen and playing Wii Fit and tracking his progress.

It isn't exactly the most genius diet plan, but he somehow managed to stick to it (putting that autism fixation to good use I guess). It's almost kinda inspiring and is gonna put me directly on another diet stint after finals so that I can make sure I never weigh anywhere near as much as Clement.

However losing weight because of a single diet won't do jack shit if you go back to your old habits, in most cases you need to change your lifestyle. Here's hoping he has the motivation to keep on going and stay fit and healthy.

I ask because in the video he asks what everyone thinks of his outfit and hair, and I asked myself, "why would anyone give a shit about what others think of what they are wearing or their hairstyle? His face certainly looks healthier, but now that he's got old man titties on top of old person bladder buldge with matching highwater granny slacks the effect is anything ranging from mildly disturbing to complete and utter nightmare fuel.
