I just listened to an interview with Alexi Lalas. He pretty much said USA needs to make it through the first couple matches or they should hang their head in shame.

I concur - the US has probably the easiest draw they've had since they started qualifying for the cup again. The only realy power in their group is England. They should easily qualify for the finals after round robin play ends.

USA women team is in the finals of the world cup, in case anyone didnt notice. I think women soccer is one of the female sports that i find tolerable to watch, the other being college softball.
