After the second one, I'm not optimistic.

I actually am pissed since they announced it some years back, simply because it´s almost impossible that the game comes even remotely close to the first one in terms of aweseomness. I somehow don´t know why no one has ever been able to reproduce a product like that, it´s really not that hard.

I'm looking forward to it. Yeah, they announced this a long time ago, now it gets a new trailer. Guess we are supposed to forget about the other announcement.
Deus Ex 1 was a lot cooler than Invisible War but, at the same time, Invisible War wasn't that bad of a game. I just hope they keep skills in and add some other customization. That's really the only thing 2 did wrong, albeit major. I'm optimistic.

What I didn't like about the second one was that they took everything in Deus Ex and reduced it in scope. No upgrading skills, diminished upgrading of your special abilities, and no fucking headshots!

what i disliked was those things and also the fact that by like the second area you already have all of the items and the skills are gay and you're bored
i liked the alien a lot though L(

I hope they have a less shitty stealth system this time!
And autosave, if they're going to let mooks headshot you without warning like in the first one.
If they change these things, it will be good.

What Kahl said, big time. Once you've got your chosen mods maxed out, the only real incentive to explore is to get more lockpicks/multitools. Very lame.

The second one was pretty lame after the first. The biggest problem I had with it was simply the universal ammo. There's nothing I hate more than somehow using the same nano-bots or whatever to make 9mm bullets to damn rockets.
Also, the last level consisted simply of me spamming the entire damn map with remote rockets. Lulz were had.

I agree the 2nd one was a big let down after the 1st. My main point is that the issues with the 2nd are very easily fixable and I'm pretty sure they will be addressing them.

I really really love how you can blow down most doors. More games need to have that option.
