I grew up on the original and it kind of opened the gateway for gory horror films, i won't be able to watch it til I get back in town tommorow, how is it?

If it is DVD, you have a nice blank DVD case after you take that pasky Heavy Metal cover off of it.
If it is a VHS you have a blank VHS tape once you put tape over the tab

You won't like it, especially if you liked the first one.

I just googled some screens of it. It looks like that shitty batman cartoon that used to be on WB :(

Keep the empty case, recycle the sleeve art and for five bucks more you can send disc to DVD2Blu for a 5 dollar blu-ray instead.

I don't have enough terrible things to say about this movie.
It's a cartoon abortion. I can't believe they even plugged FAKK2, that shitty PS1 game IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOVIE.
Holy fuck. Heavy Metal? All I heard was that pussy faggot cunt shit that dildos listened to in middle school. Fuck this movie, I hope the creator burns in hell.

Now you know. :gayassgijoeshit I used to collect Heavy Metal since I was like 10 or some shit. That's 1980. Some people can't see why I thought the South Park episode was gay. I don't know. I hate every last one of you anyways so fuck off.

At comic con they had a sale for these awesome heavy metal books for like half off. Then I went back later in the day and they wanted $60 - $80 for them. No thanks.

I like a lot of the little one-shots they have. Long, obnoxious sci-fi and fantasy storylines tend to lose me. Leaf through one in a store, if nothing else. Surely you'll find something to like, even if it's not really like it was "back in the day." I wouldn't have known about Olivier Ledroit without it. You don't get these badass bandes dessinees translated into English that often.

Heavy Metal 2000 doesn't stand up to the original movie, but I thought it was kinda interesting when I watched it when I was younger. Of course I never got to see many adult oriented animated pictures back then either.
I still think it's neat how that guy drills that other guy to death at the beginning.
