Mac p2p program?

Does anyone know of a solid p2p program for Macs? My friend wants one and I have no idea what to recommend. I use Ares, but that's only for Windows as far as I know.
Not really looking for a torrenting program because it's a little harder to find single files that way.

The only thing I use besides torrents is slsk. Nicotine is a fork of that.
