Comes out at midnight. Got the next 3 days off from work. Going to open a bottle of pinot noir I've been saving. Tomorrow will have a cooler full of ice and beer so I don't have to go to the kitchen. The only speed bump in me playing will be Megaran and Mc Chris on wednesday.

I don't have the money for it. And the fact that they never sent out early review copies of the console versions makes me suspicious. So I shall wait a few months, but may be there eventually.

Did the PC beta and cannot possibly give less of a shit. First person shooters are really starting to grate on my nerves and I stopped paying attention to them. I literally didn't know there was a Modern Warfare 3 until about a month and a half ago, let alone that it's being released next month. Fuck these games.

I should mention the beta was very pretty and the sound design is spot-on, as per usual when it comes from DICE. I was actually excited for this game a while ago, too.

A lot of people are waiting for the reviews but I never take those seriously anyway. If I buy a game its because I'll have fun with it/ playing with people.

The base jump video from the jet launch pad is so awesome. I might just be doing that for a few matches.

I'm not really excited for this game because I'm not a fan of games that seem to be just long, pretty, scripted events. Single player, that is.

Battlefield isn't really about single player, to me anyway. I wish I hadn't sold my xbox so I could buy this today.

The engineer unlocks this bomb disposal unit robot dude. He looks like a little Johnny 5 and you can arm/disarm mcomms with him. I wish he had a Rambo bandana though.

Playing Operation Firestom. Blew one an m-com in warehouse, then got into a jeep I drove in. Hit the gas, flew out the backdoor out of a loading dock into the air. Crashed through another warehouse and roadkilled an enemy.

That's a straight up Bad Boys 2 move.

New maps contain a 3 person front loader vehicle. So we have one person drive, I sit in the front scoop with an rpg, then a 3rd guy in the back with a machine gun.
