It appears that I am starting to be a convention addict... I don't know if there's help for me. But that's ok!

I thought it might be fun to share a few photos from my recent visit to Blood At The Beach II. I went to the first one in April. I finally have a cool convention to go that is no more than 2 hours away. :)

Anyways, BATB is a horror con with a smattering of vendors, events, and other Pop Culture celebrities.

Attending this con were celebs like Anthony Michael Hall, Kane Hodder, Cleve and Constance Hall, Alex Winter, Zach Galligan, Jamie Kennedy, Sara Butler, Tom Towles, Adrienne King, Amy Steele, IronE Singleton, Sid Haig, Joe Pilato, and more. There was a variety of panels, photo ops, and a Zombie Prom.

Since I am new to going to cons, It's all new and fun to me. Might not be to others. :)

Very cool stuff, Replicant! Thanks for sharing.
Your mask in that last photo reminds me of something out of "They Live".

I didn't take this photo, but I found it amusing. The woman in the picture is an actress named Sara Butler.

Kane Hodder! That's pretty cool. Looks like a fun time. Shame we don't get anything like that around where I live.

Whelp shows what I know. I was going to go to Shock Stock last year but couldn't convince one of my friends to come with. This time will be different.

Apparently this is who's coming to Shock Stock so far:
CHRISTINA LINDBERG!
PATRICIA QUINN!
GERRITT GRAHAM!
KEN FOREE!
LYNN LOWRY!
JOEL M. REED!
TOMMY PISTOL!
ANGELINA LEIGH!
TONY SALAMONE THE KING OF THE VHS!
SAL LIZARD!Website: http://www.grimbrothers.com/ and Blog:http://vhstapeswap.wordpress.com/

The convention I posted on just started up this year but the guy putting it on is awesome!!! Sal Lizard was at the first one back in April. He was a sweety and pretty funny.

I hope for a chance to met Foree that would be awesome.

I have got ticket for Blood at the Beach III in April of 2013. So far they have 3 people announced: Traci Lords, Tom Savini, and the guy that does the Crypt Keeper's voice. :)

I heard that it was not unusual for Bruce Campbell to get drunk in the hotel bar at Marcon, the second floor of the Hyatt is pretty much all bar. Never saw him. Did see some scifi writer sitting alone at a table with no line to meet him :( I was going to go up, but I was woefully uninformed about who he was so I didn't want to make a fool of myself.

I feel bad for the people that don't really get anyone coming to their table. I will admit some of the celebs I haven't really kept up with their career. I usually tell them what I liked that they did and apologize if I hadn't kept up with their career. There are too many people to keep track of in the industry. Also, I have way too many interests. So I apologize but I say I would love to know what they have been up to recently.

Ahh, you should have come up to that guy. I am not familiar with your work, but I would love to know more about it. I am sure it would have made his day. :)
