Green Tea

I just started drinking green tea 3 times daily. i was told the health benefits of it. something along the line of lower blood pressure, clearer and smoother skin, stronger immune system and helps prevent cavities and tooth decays. :eek

i'll stop drinking green tea if i ever get sick this winter only because it tastes like shit. :/

I started drinking it for the caffeine a few days ago. I don't like coffee. The health benefits are a friendly side affect.

I've alway wanted to try white tea but i could never find them anywhere in stores and i'm a little bit wary of buying them online. which brand would you recommend?

White tea's good, though I haven't tried it in awhile. I'm right now into this stuff that's a mix of white and green tea.

Yes. For a week, now, I've been able to jump tall buildings, fly faster than a speeding bullet, have more strength than a locomotive, see through solid objects, and shoot lasers out of my eyes.

Seriously, though, yes.

i have to try it, i like ice tea and regular british tea, because despite growing up in northern ireland, im a true brit at heart (probobly because of the decent sitcoms)
