Boy, that was perfect. It's almost like Vinth is still here.

It has been made astoundingly clear that Vince being here is extremely pointless.
Max Burbank, and others, have shown how derivative and purile all of his posts are.
If he was to have a purpose, which he does not, it would be as a foil to an otherwise bland range of Philosophy/Sociology/Religion/Politics/News/etc. He provides a viewpoint that we are all aware of & have, to various degrees, dismissed as the stupidity that it is.
There is only so many times the pie can hit the face of the clown and we laugh.

Actually the laughing bit had ended what? a month after vince first arrived on our boards. Then it was more of this sad and constant situation where he would post absolutely anything that came to his malfunctioning mind about any given subject (and some times not about it at all) and then Max and others would take shots at him, that whereas always justified ranged wildly in terms or entertainment value for the third person reading everything. At it's best this whole thing was quite amusing. Like when his website was firstly uncovered much to everyone's amusement or actually a number of the first pages from Max's tribute thread to vince's inabiity to speak english or even that mutliple choice bit by pjalne which I personally found amusing enough to remember.
At it's worst it was 6 or 7 different Vince threads all about nothing but him being the cowardly racist homophobe pathological liar piece of shit that he is. And it was boring and frustrating to go through and completely pointless in my oppinion .I respect that other people might have seen more interest in aspects of the vince phenomenon, but for this hairy greek, I think the horse's been turned to a fine powder bone dust from all the constant beating it has been recieving for umm... quite a while, now, actually.
So, good riddance, I say.
Let's get back on our healthy diet of bush this that, conservatives suck, liberals suck conservatives but the conservatives do not seem to like it (too much with the teeth) and newspaper clippings threads.

I've made the case before that Vinth is a font of Naive, Savant or Found comedy. I feel a great deal of propriety here, as not only do I see myself as his discoverer, I'm on the forefront of a hot new movement.
Who's heard of outsider art ten years ago? Almost no one. Now loonies and apalachian hermits painting dot New Yorks finest galleries. What Howard Finster was to Outsider Art, Vinth will be to outsider comedy. Unrestrained, unbshaped, unintentional, free of intent, unshaped by craft, aping forms he may not even marginally understand, and yet in spite or even because of all this, a raw genius. I take honest delight in Vinth.
Like many outsidr artists, he's obviously suffering from multiple mental illnesses. Right now he is in the throws of his constant bi-polar moodswing. Doubtless during these times he convinces himself he's stopped posting here, is 'too busy' with other projects, that posting here is 'pathetic', but rest assured he'll be back soon enough. A few lines here, a sad one line comeback there and then suddenly bursting into full flower for a post, a day, a week, before disapearing again.
What can I say? I'm a fan.

Max and Vince are like Batman and the Joker.
Okay, fine. Batman and the Riddler.

Thank you. I was trying to think of someone more pathetic than the Riddler but it just wasn't coming to me.

what vince fails to see is that he is only making max stronger and more powerful with his stubbornnes and his antics. he'll just keep coming back, only getting more pounded time after time. what a sad fucking case he is.

There's no art without intention.

I'm not sure I agree with that.
And there's plenty of intention. It's just that his intent and his art are at cross purposes.

I just flushed my best work of art. It took all I had not reach down and retrieve it as it receeded. Alas! I was too late.

But Max, you're forgetting the original 'found' comedian:

One of my favorites, right up there with Wayne Newton.
One and Only is desperately trying to become the new I-mockery punchingbag, but it just doesn't have the same savor. He's no where near as funny as Vinth.
