I really hate anime. None of it really sparks my interist. It's all boring, and just about always the same thing over and over again.
I don't understand why somebody would want to make some action flick into a cartoon with (purposly) bad framerate. If you can, explain what you think about anime. I want to find out the PLUSES of stupid and shitty animation. >:

Anime's charm comes in its style. The detailed animation and the gritty, sometimes choppy "framerate" is part of what makes it enjoyable, like an 80's cult classic horror film. Besides, the more glossed-over anime of recent times (Mononoke, X) really seems shitty to me.

A lot of anime is pretty similar. Anime girls who sound like they're 4 (HOT!), badass guys, possible demons, definite tentacle rape, and sometimes a little gore. But there are plenty of decent things out there.

I like those anime's that are in the theatre. That have really detailed drawings but don't make much sense while at the same time making you completely unfulilled by the ending by something taking the release away from whatever plot was painfully developed. But none of that matters because the whole time you are hypnotized from how amazing it looks.
I am talking about the cartoons made by the guy who did "spirited away" and "mononoke".

Anime is almost entirely made up of shit, but there are a few gems of animation out there if you look hard enough.

I used to be really attracted to that style of animation; it seemed so different and fresh to me once I had gotten used to seeing so much Hannah Barbara, Disney and Looney Toons, but even that has lost it's charm thanks to the internet; it's not quite the same thing once you know that 12 year old girls with Geocities accounts can perfectly replicate Cowboy BeBop.

It's not that surprising really, since they have 12 year old girls working in sweatshops reproducing those same images every day. :lol

Animatrix is kind of a mixed bag :/. Actually, it's like a bag of poop with two jelly beans on top. I thought the only good ones were "Final Flight of the Osiris (sp) and Kid Story was decent. The other ones had absolutly nothing to do with the matrix at all, aside from that Black and White anime with Trinity.

I am a big animation fan. I watch all types. Anyone remember Cartoon sushi on MTV?

I do like most anime. I really like it because of the stories and such, but with its popularity growth over the last few years, my enjoyment has died down. I still watch some of the classics (Akira is one of my fav's, but it gets confusing towards the end.) but some of the stuff shown on Cartoon Network pisses me off. SD GUNDAM, WTF IS THAT.

Oh and the reason for the framerate is cuz most animators have about a week and a small budget to make each episode, so they have to cut corners.

Now get back to watching "real" fucking movies, like Kangaroo Jack, you fat, white, french fry eating, undereducated, soft piece of shit. You are right, I don't understand the tranquil scerenity of a magnificent tentical rape movie, because it is on a higher level. Or I don't see the beauty in an outraeously put together base-character, like the many-time original "vampire that fights evil but is still bad" character that is even more fresh every time it is used. And of course, the omnipresent "panty shot" that adds the last bit of class to every movie.
I cannot take in this advanced form of art. Just talking about it makes my mind overworked and throbbing. I need to watch Kangaroo Jack and Geili for some relief; movies, of course, which all us fat, white americans love and watch constantly. :rolleyes

I could say something like the Japanese treating sexuality as an art form rather than straight exploitation like western cultures, but even I couldn't buy that one. I totally thought the Japanese were horny and oversexed ever since I saw my first Anime movie. Oddly enough, they usually draw their women to have western qualities, like say BIG GIGANTIC JUBBLIES.

Warning: name dropping ahead

Not all anime series are good, but as long as they're not girly ones like Trigun, Ranma, or Fushigi Yuugi, i generally like what i watch. I can think of, off the top of my head, maybe two out of six series i have seen recently that i didn't like. Those Who Hunt Elves and The Bandit King both bored me. Devilman did too, but i think the edited version got switched up with the unedited at the video store. Lupin III, Berserk, Golden Boy, Excel Saga, Soultaker, Evangelion, and Final Fantasy Unlimited are the ones that are good, off the top of my head.

Even though they were pretty crappy, i liked Genocyber, MD Geist, The Guyver, and Blood Reign. Crappy animation is usually found in series that weren't mean to be high-reaching gods of the genre anyway. The movies i just meantioned were parts of small, cheap OVAs that probably weren't meant to even get as far as a second episode, they were just good lo-fi-sci-fi flicks.

The movies you'll want to watch (assuming you didn't hate everything i just mentioned) are:

Akira (I don't think it's that overrated. It had a great soundtrack, a unique story, the animation is incredible, and the art rules. The voice acting for the dub was a little iffy, however, and i think people find it overrated because maybe they don't totally understand the story?)

Princess Mononoke (had everything Akira got 10s in, and then some. Extra points for choosing talented voice actors)

Armitage III: Dual Matrix, AIII Poly Matrix (good artwork, and Armitage's voice actress was really good, she sounded like she was someone's mom, not a 23-year-old lady trying really hard :o)

Street Fighter Alpha (I like the art a lot, and the animation is really not that bad. Plus, people get beat up)

X (haha, just kidding)

Ghost in the Shell (thoughtful plot, good animation, decent voice acting, and the few deaths involved were neat :o)

Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (This is as close to a Castlevania aniem you're going to get right now)

Ninja Scroll (solid animation and voice acting, plus lots of blood, lots of deaths, lots of "What the fuck is wrong with japanese people?" moments, lots of swords, and lots of ninjers. Good times for all.)

I still haven't seen Spirited Away or Grave of the Fireflies yet, so i can't tell you anything about those. I doubt anyone read all that anyway. :/

I still haven't seen Spirited Away yet. :/Both Hayao Miyazaki. All high budget movies by him are good. And alot of the low-budget one's too. Its still anime though, so it still is on a limited mark. :/

Here's my thoughts on NV's list (the ones I've seen, anyways):

Akira: I understood the plot of the movie (boy gets psychic powers from blue children, searches city for legendary psychic), the ending just threw me off. I have no idea what the hell happened, and frankly, I don't care enough to watch it over and over again until I do.

Princess Mononoke: A well-animated movie with good voice acting. That's all I got out of this movie. Beyond that, I just saw another ninja movie, this time with an environmentalist overtone.

Armitage III: A good movie. Screw, Dual Matrix, though. That one was just a straight action movie with little else going for it.

X: Yeah, that's funny. Everytime I hear someone refer to the sequel to X-Men as "X2," I always fear that they made a sequel to that awful movie.

Ghost in the Shell: Like the Matrix. Specifically, like the Matrix Reloaded. Any movie that presents itself as an action movie should never contain as much jaw-jacking as this one. Also, cartoon boobies.

Ninja Scroll: A damned good movie, although there were a few WTF moments.

I didn't think Spirited Away was that great, either. I mean, it did look good, but at its heart, it's a children's movie. A weird one, but a kid's movie nevertheless. It just didn't do anything for me.

Again, screw Akira. One movie that everyshould should see is Fist of the North Star. That's just good fun right there.

Also, Slayers is a good one to see.

Rongi

Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (This is as close to a Castlevania aniem you're going to get right now)

Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust was the fucking worst movie/anime I've ever seen. The part where the castle turned into a spaceship was so shitty I laughed my ass off. And the voiceovers where fucking terrible. Non of the characters where beleiveable nor had any emotion

And Spirited Away was just fun to watch.

Well, following the adage about arguing on the internet, I will simply avoid outbursts and stick to non-inflamatory commentary.

I love anime. Whatever. It's my taste, and you have yours. Yes, the hentai is weird. But hell, it's funny as fuck at times simply for the sheer mind fucking absurdity.

Akira, better in it's original format, which is about....2000+ pages of manga goodness. Not to say that you will have all your questions answered by this Dark Horse 6 big volume whopper, but still, it leaves you with a fresher taste in your mouth.

Oh yah, the X/1999 movie was a bad idea. They were trying to make a manga that isn't even finished in Japan yet into a feature film. Way to go you fucking genius. Take the cake out of the oven before it's even risen. Now you've got a ruined cake. EAT IT! TASTE THE BITTER SPOILS OF YOUR STUPIDITY!

I enjoy anime for the reasons many men enjoy certain kinds of women, because it's different from your mom. That's right, YOUR MOM!

Okay, that was inflammatory.

The point I'm trying to get to here is that it's different. I watch anime because it breaks the natural American preconception of 'cartoons are for kids', which still holds very strongly despite the hard work of anime over probably the past twenty years. The last three animated features I saw made by American studios that had some balls to them, were American Pop, Wizards, and Heavy Metal. All of these movies are somewhere within my age range, give or take a few years. Okay, I forgot Cool World. But that's four out of about a metric fuckton of crappy American cartoons where realistic violence and blood is bad, and good and evil is as simple as "I save people, he hurts them!"

I feel I will run onto a tangant (TOO LATE!), so I'll wind it down.

Don't exclude, just be wary, and be open minded. One man's outdated 8-bit cart is anothers nostalgic bliss.

Stone Cold Lovin'
by GothQueen316 ©
I was so excited to finally meet the one and only Stone Cold Steve Austin! After watching him defeat R.V.D for the heavyweight title, I eagerly waited in the locker room area to see him. I almost jumped out of my skin when he walked in! He was absolutely goregous! He had the belt around his waist and he reeked of musky sweat. I felt a tingle go through my body as he walked up to me.

"It's an honor to meet you," I said nervously.

He took my hand, kissed it and said, "thank you".

He offered me a seat on the couch and handed me a beer.

"Aren't you having any?"

He shook his head and said, "I can't. Court order, you know."

I remembered that right away and felt embarrassed. "Don't feel that way," he said, "I don't mind."

After some small talk, he offered to give me a ride to my hotel. I, of course, said yes. We jumped in his pickup truck and left the arena. As we were driving, I noticed his wedding ring was missing. I asked him about it, and he told me that it's hard to go on with his life if he keeps it on.

"I'd never be able to get another girl if I kept it on," he said.

That statement gave me the opportunity to make my move into his life and hopefully become wife #4. We got to my hotel and I asked him if he'd like to come in for some supper. Amazingly he agreed, so he parked his truck and went to my hotel room. I told him to make himself at home and went into the kitchen to make him some fried chicken. As I was getting the ingredients, he walked into the kitchen and saw me bent over looking for a pot.

"Need any help?"

Without looking I said, "No, I'll be done in a minute. I hope you like chicken, Mr. Austin."

I soon felt a hard slap on my ass and he said, "I can wait.....And please, call me Steve."

I knew then that I had to have him. I decided to suprise him and serve him dinner naked. I stripped down to my smile and walked into the dining room. His jaw dropped! I thought I offended him so I put the food on the table and started to slink away from the embarrassing moment. That was when he stood up, grabbed me, and kissed me. Still holding me, he looked deep into my eyes and said, "fuck dinner, I want DESSERT!"

Before I knew it, he picked me up, and carried me to the bedroom. He throws me on the bed and starts stripping off his clothes. It was just like I dreamed! he had a huge cock that I just had to have in my mouth, but before I could, he stopped me. "Goddamn it I said I wanted dessert first and I'm EATIN' first!"

With that, he got on the bed, grabbed my hips and began munching on my already sopping wet pussy! I loved every second of his hot toungue stabbing in and out of my hole, occasionally teasing my throbbing clit. I moaned in ecstacy as he was going at his glorious work.

"Oh, Steve," I said as I was reaching my climax.

I thought I was never going to cum until he slipped his "favorite" finger into my cunt and fiercely started finger-fucking me! My orgasm sent my juices flowing right into his mouth as I ground my pussy into his face.

"You taste so damn good," he said, flipping me over and inserting his toungue into my tight, puckered hole, "what a sweet ass."

As he was toungue-fucking my asshole, I feverishly fingered my clit and came again. Steve grabbed my tits and kissed me all over my mouth and neck.

"I'm gonna fuck a mudhole in you and lick it dry," he whispered, "but first, I wanna feel that sweet mouth on my dick."

I didn't need to be told twice! I eagerly swallowed the full length of his throbbing, stone-cold manhood, trying not to choke on the thickness. So there I was, sucking Stone Cold Steve Austin's cock!!! It was a dream come true!! most importantly, he was ENJOYING IT!!! I soon felt his hand on the back of my head as he gently slid his massive penis in and out of my hungry mouth.

"Ohhh.....What a mouth you've got," he moaned.

I pulled his cock out of my mouth and said, " wait until you see what my toungue can do."

With that, I hungrily licked his dick like a lollipop, paying very special attention to his massive head and round, perfect balls. He could barely keep from screaming! "Make like DX and SUCK IT!!!" he said, plunging his man-sword down my throat and fiercely fucking my face.

Soon, I could taste his his sweet semen pouring down my throat. After I swallowed every drop, he lays me on the bed, spreads my legs apart, and soon, his still-hard cock dissappears into my dripping cunny.

"Oh goddamn," he moaned, "I love this sweet cunt!"

"Oh, Steve!"

I felt another orgasm coming as he pounded my twat into submission, his penis practically a jackhammer inside me.

I felt he was about to cum, so I got an idea. I pulled his cock out of my vagina and turned over. "What the hell are you doing?" "I want you to fuck my ass!"

"What?"

"Please," I begged, "fuck my ass!"

With that, he put me on all fours and stabbed my bunghole with his massive meat and proceeded to ravage my tight asshole. My head was swimming with the beautiful pain/pleasure of his rod urging on my next climax. "Say my name," he ordered.

"Stone Cold," I moaned.

"What?"

"Stone Cold!"

"WHAT?"

"STONE COLD!!!"

That last one was the clincher as he shot his hot load into my quivering hole.

We laid together kissing and caressing each other, basking in the afterglow of the wonderful evening we shared.

"That was better than winning the belt," he said.

"Really?"

I was very happy to hear that. "Does that mean you want more?" After saying that, he stood on the bed, raised his fists and said, "if you want Stone Cold Steve Austin to fuck you again, gimme a HELL YEAH!"

I stood on the bed, gave him a big kiss, and said, "HELL YEAH!!!"

In conclusion, watch the movies we've suggested, explore others on your own and form your own opinion. Then, never, ever share it.

THE END.
