A game that was worked on by Codemasters and Rebel Act studio, came out in like 2000 A.D.

It's basically a 3d hack n slash that has an addicting close combat fighting gameplay. It sort of has a RPG feeling to it because there are variety of health items and some potions and what not to carry, limited amount of weapons, and a special attack learning system where you can horde buncha kick ass moves while your level experience goes up. Different weapons have different moves to them, while also your "character" moves increase by the experience levels.

With those kickass moves, you now get some fun options. Like, would you rather do a move that severs the head of your enemy then chop off his legs with a cleen swipe BEFORE he does anything? Or would you rather quickly dodge to your left after that low life orc fucker swings his club at ya and execute a downward slash that beheads the overgrown tumor?

Shit, you can even cut em by the ankles or hands if you want to. Not only that, you can grab those loose limbs and use it to throw em at some other ugly motherfucking trolls or at some dark knights.

There are four playable characters.

There is the knight which is good at wielding a shield in one hand and holding a kick ass mace or sword in another.

There is a dwarf, who is also good at holding a shield in one hand but also good at smashing shit with hammers or axes.

There is a barbarian that is awesome with two handed swords or big fucking axes the size of Mach 13 shaver from Gillette.

And the last and the least, an elf (?) that is good at wielding a staff and an arrow bow
(you should really go with the knight or the dwarf when you are trying the game first. You will get used to the dodging system while you also get used to blocking the enemies attacks)

The storyline is almost non existant to me, but the narrator's voice helps to carry on what's left of it anyways . The sound effects, excellent gameplay, and the levels' environment makes it a difficult title to miss out

O yeah, make sure to get the latest's patch for the game. Many bugs, freezes and glitches will be fixed.

Bah, I say. Most of the special moves were either too narrow in regards to their strike zones, or took too long to execute.

As for other kickass moves, most of the time, you'll need the power of a special move to kill the enemy before he crushes you.

And don't even get me started on the overadundant grunting/yelling.

What a lame title.

Yeah the characters' constant grunting IS pretty annoying. But you gotta admit hearing some of the enemies' shrieks when you cut em apart is entertaining, at best satisfying

About the power of the special moves being lacked. I think that makes it more interesting in a way because where you will fit the move near the end of enemies' life, while you drain them near the middle with your character moves that require less endurance.

A review.

A game that was worked on by Codemasters and Rebel Act studio, came out in like 2000 A.D.
I appreciate how Mr. Vagiclean sets the mood with this opening non-sentence. Those two little oft-omitted characters forefacing the date add a sense of redundant atmosphere often left unchecked by the casual authors of today.

It's basically a 3d hack n slash that has an addicting close combat fighting gameplay.
That sounds like a delicious reprieve from the long-range firefights that are all-too-prevalent in today's 3D Hack And Slashers!

It sort of has a RPG feeling to it because there are variety of health items and some potions and what not to carry, limited amount of weapons, and a special attack learning system where you can horde buncha kick ass moves while your level experience goes up.
While transporting items and being denied cutlery are certainly staples of the genre, it's clear that this game brings new meaning to the term 'Role-Playing Game' with this ability to 'horde' 'buncha kick ass moves.'

Ah, but what about the option to cut off his head at high altitudes? Or the advanced maneuver in which you swim through a river before cutting off his head? Or the ever-popular slow-motion-somersault-into-cutting-off-his-head?

There are four playable characters.
Now we truly enter the world of RPG.

There is the knight which is good at wielding a shield in one hand and holding a kick ass mace or sword in another.

There is a dwarf, who is also good at holding a shield in one hand but also good at smashing shit with hammers or axes.
Note that the difference between being good at wielding a shield and holding a shield can turn the tides of battle when there are no more bunchas of kick ass moves to horde. Also note that the dwarf's choice of weaponry is markedly less kick ass than the knight's.

There is a barbarian that is awesome with two handed swords or big fucking axes the size of Mach 13 shaver from Gillette.
You are retarded.

And the last and the least, an elf (?) that is good at wielding a staff and an arrow bow
(you should really go with the knight or the dwarf when you are trying the game first. You will get used to the dodging system while you also get used to blocking the enemies attacks)
Naturally, via the use of the shield that you're good at holding.

The storyline is almost non existant to me, but the narrator's voice helps to carry on what's left of it anyways.
Finally, an RPG that does away with the needless gum-flapping that would otherwise clutter your kick ass hording.

All in all? Fantastic revew. I'm already finding it difficult to miss out.

No I don't! Their quite screams of pain were not enough to save the game.
