If you haven't heard the "craze" about this movie, you must be one lonely person who hasn't left their computer in about 2 years. This movie was idiotic. Maybe it wouldn't have been so bad if they didn't overhype it as much...but, due to the high population of dumbfucks in this country, it was.

Now, to add to the stupidity, they're coming out with a sitcom for it. They're too cheap to even use the same actor that was in the movie as the husband.

Am I the only one sick of this friggin movie?

The only reason it's getting more hype is because, like with Titanic, a bunch of sad motherfuckers saw this movie repeatedly and the studio milked it by waiting to release it to video. And now with the show....expect this to either get milked to nothingness or just spectcularly die like the Blair Witch did.

Well, the reason the same actor who played the husband won't be in the sitcom is because he's contractually obligated to another show. I think the show in question is on ABC. :/

And I've never seen the movie, but it couldn't be that bad. LOL. :)

I never saw it. My family watched it while I was on the computer behind me though. Does that count?

Blair Witch was pretty good, but the terrible sequel ruined it forever >:

It was mostly hype, through. Bad camera work and a strange ending does not a movie make. ;)

It was too stereotypical of the "hillbilly" aspect of the Greek culture. I am Greek, and I was actually offended by this movie.

Kill it. :(

Fuck you. You have not experienced true Hell unless you are currently living in Winnipeg and have to put up with Big Fat Greek Everything. >:

Wanna bet?

My extended family (parents, grandparents, sister) are the only Greek people in a 100 mile radius who see this movie for what it really is.

The rest of my fellow Greeks in my area contstantly make me live this fucking movie.

Not to mention people approaching me and asking me how to say "Nice Boobs" or "I have three testicles", and numerous other things in Greek.

Christ, the ethnic group that this movie targets praises it when they fail to see it as a satire (and a fucking stupid one at that) of themselves!

Shut up. Nia Vardolas is from Winnipeg, the story was written here in Winnipeg and is based on the author's family here in Winnipeg and Vardolas's ugly face is plastered all over the newspapers and TV all the time now. :(
