I just saw a list of errors with 1.13, that are going to be fixed in the next patch. I think it'd just be better to wait for 1.14, because some of the problems are pretty inconvenient.

Leave it to Blizzard to fuck up their own product. I think they're taking lessons from ATI. :/

Well, they were in a rush to get those Acts out, I think. It's not like them to come out with patches that cause these kinds of errors in gameplay, and I imagine they'll rectify it soon enough.
