Anybody here know much about the Koran, ie., has anybody read it and become intimate with its writings...? If so, can you direct me towards anything pertaining to theft, debt, and the unwillingness to repay debts owed, etc....? What is the general Islamic stance on these things...?

Why do you want to know?

Did you steal money from a Muslim or something?

From what i learned in sunday school many of the islamic principles of money were precedents by the islamic treasury. But that was very very basic information and along time ago.

this is the only site i could find with any useful information :(

No, I haven't stolen any money, or done anything bad, but my inquiry is a rather personal one. And no, I'm not converting.

Thanks, SU2. Can you refer me to any specific passages in the Koran...?
