"I'm With Stupid" Forum Game

Wow! a forum game! This forum could use one. >:

This plays like Family Feud. You submit your answers to me via PM. The more obscure the answer, the more points you get. Obvious answers score poorly, of course. Perhaps there will be a little prize or something, Who knows. There will be a theme for each game. This week's is "NES Games." So all your answers must come from NES games. No Baby Bowsers or Reader Rabbit submissions. The points go like this:

bracket one- 1 point each
bracket two - 3 points each
bracket three - 5 points each
bracket four - 10 points each
other/not on list - 15 points

1. Name a boss from the Ninja Turtles arcade games.
2. Name three enemies from the Super Mario series of games.
3. Name an NES RPG game.
4. Name a game that features a rabbit or rabbit-like character as the main star.
5. Name a character with an extendible weapon. +3 extra points for the weapon each character uses. (think: ropes + chains)
6. Name a game starring a comic book character/hero.
7. Name a skateboarding game.
8. Name a game with "Dragon" in the title or subtitle.
9. Name a game based off of a movie.
10. Name a game starring a ninja or a ninja-like character.

All entries must be recieved by next Saturday at midnight. Anything more than a few minutes later will be deleted, so submit them as soon as possible. Winner will be announced sometime on Monday. If you win you get to host the next game and maybe get some nifty little prize. :o

The reults were pretty slanty with this contest. I think i need to write better lists for the point scale. For some reason, 90% of the entries contained "Bugs Bunny's Crazy Castle/Birthday Bash/Rabbit Rampage" for the rabbit question, so a lot of people only got a point for that. If you answered three mario baddies that weren't listed, you were easily in the tops. Soundtest came out of nowhere and just whored eye tie, who was winning at the time. So, yeah, Soundtest gets to host the next one and gets to pick a title for anyone he chooses. Just PM me who/what.

I"m obviously going to have to change the way this game functions, and the content of this upcoming game. Perhaps the contestants try to guess the most popular answer and they get points for it? I don't know how that would work. Maybe just a set point value per question, not per answer. For content, maybe the next one will be about computers. Or movies. Gimme some input.

Yeh.. And the game after that can be about Sega Genesis or something. Stick with games but use a different system each game. And dont make rare answers worth more points.. because if its something you didnt know about.. you have to go and look it up to make sure its right. :-/ Just put a few real hard questions.. and make each question worth a different amount of points depending on how hard they are. :-/
