The most dissturbing toy I have is TALISAC from the McFarlane and Clive Barker TORTURED SOULS collection. It's a 12 inch figure of a man with his face sliced open with hooks in the flesh suspending him in the air. He has a large abominabal fetus inside of him and a giant I.V pumping fluids into his half dead body. On my toy shelf he's the first noticed toy, I think its the most dissturbing thing ever so I had to buy it.

When I was little, I used to be afraid of my Rancor monster Star Wars figure. When I got too scared of it at night, I would wrap it up in a dirty shirt or towel or something and put it down the laundry chute. My mom would find it all the time doing laundry. :/

When I was like 11, my grandma got me this weird dancing teddy that whenever you push its paw, it will dance. So I had it on my bottom shelf, it looked sorta weird. One night, it started dancing by itself, over and over so I took out that batteries and threw it away. o.o;;;

ALL of the Tortured Souls figures, Mcfarlane's "Twisted Land of Oz" figures, The Hellriaser line, and most of Mcfarlane's other toys.

I'd still say Furbys are scarier than anything Clive or McFarlane could ever come up with.

What still baffles me is why the hell Cabbage Patch Dolls didn't scare the hell outta kids, they're fucking pod creatures for Christ's sake!

I won't even go into that obvious child killing Teddy Ruxpin bear. :lol

my dad got me a gremlin toy once, i was scared shitless of it. then his friend had a dried out chicken claw/foot and they told me it was a gremlin paw. i swear to god, i was up for three days after hearing that. then one day i took the toy and threw it into the woods. that showed them ALL :lol

Scariest figure? That mountain of unsold Janis Joplin dolls I saw at Meijer a few years back that never sold until one day they were just gone. I think they went to join the ET Atari game in hell.

There was this old disney electronic toy i had as a kid. I forgot the name of it, it was an orange screen where you could put pictures in, touch objects in the picture and there would be an explanation on the object.

I had one picture of disneyland and when i clicked on the dinosaur train thing, there was this really fucking creppy 'aaaaAAAAUUgggggh!' high-pitched sound that came out. It was also the sound that tiger made for my jungle book picture. I avoided those objects. :(

Yeah, too bad Clive Barker is so much better at designing toys than he is at writing an interesting novel. I've started reading 3 of them, and was too apathetic to finish any.

The only problem with Clive Barker is he tries to weave in gay overtones to everything he writes.
