Solidus Snake hands down is the easiest boss in history. All he does is stand there, while you are freely allowed to jap at him. The sad thing is he has all the advantages ( two swords, tentacle thingies ) and even on extreme mode I was able to hand his ass to him.

Psycho Mantis, once you figure out the secret. Granted, that secret took me about three hours.

Resident Evil bosses seem pretty easy to me. I think they're more chance and what items you have rather than skill.
Also, after you memorize a megaman game, you can kick anyone's ass and your friend's are like ":eek"

Gogo, in Final Fantasy 5. All you do is sit there and do nothing, and that's the trick to beating him.

The flower thing in Supier Mario Sunshine. I forget his name, but the one where you fill his stomach up. He's the easiest I can think of. :/

Dr. Robotnik in Emerald Hill Zone, Sonic 2. DUH :rolleyes

I don't think you can get any easier than that :(

He still claims you used the 2nd though.

Ninja Gaidien's 1 level boss in the bar, if you have the whirlwind move he dies instantly

And the second fight with metal man in megaman2, if you use the blades.

I have to agree with milhouse on dr. robotnick.

Jan 27th, 2004, 10:03 PM
Professor Cool, I think you mean WOOD MAN is easy if you use the blades. :rolleyes

But Metal Man is still easy with just the buster. =(

Jan 27th, 2004, 10:19 PM
No, Metal Man is easy with the blades. One hit.

Just about all the bosses in Donkey Kong Country 1 were easy as hell too.

BASTILA LOVES ME :love

She's easy, unless you don't have Force Immunity. Without that, you're basically fucked.

Then again, I'm a scoundrel. :(

Crash Man in Mega Man 2 is the easiest boss alive. Just load up Airman's weapon and before Crash falls to the ground, fire. Just one time and Crash explodes like a Pinto backing up.

MARX in Kirby Superstar. I used to smack his ass around with ease, just for fu because even though he was the last boss he was pretty pathetic. He looked cool though, but really, really easy. Not once in my life have I seen such an easy attack pattern.

Meta Knight from Kirby Superstar was easy and awesome too. I would play the entire game just to be able to fight Meta Knight, just ebcause he's the COOLEST NINTENDO ENEMY EVAR! >:

Bad Ass from Duke Nukem 3D. Because I used godmode. :lol :(

Any boss labeled as "undead" in a Final Fantasy game. One Phoenix Down or a Life spell is all it takes. :blah

Shub Niggurath at the end of Quake. It's so fucking cheap to telefrag the big boss. >:

getting past the shramblers and spidery things is not an easy feat tho.

the first boss in quake however...

Feb 8th, 2004, 12:26 PM
Heh... shamblers were a lot easier than those spider things, IMO. My favourite thing to do in that game was to fight the knights with my axe. :)

One of the easiest bosses I ever fought was Tora in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II for the nes. All you had to do to beat him was jump kick back and forth.

sonic heros, the egg abatross (spelling?) all you have to do is have sonic as leader, do the homing attack at eggman, and hemmer the a button over and over and over until he is one dead dude. or at least escaped in his pod.

aaaaaa

Chaos, the last boss of the first final fantasy, could be killed in one hit if you had the right party and high levels. Cast fast on a black belt, and he can take him out with one attack.

However, I suppose this did involve getting your levels unnecessarily high, thus making the rest of the game very easy as well.

No wait it's Bowser from Mario 3 'cause all you had to do was wait for him to kill himself, yo. :hat

It actually can be...if you have a gameshark. I've did it before using a bevy of cheat codes. Not that it matters or anything.

The easiest boss I've ever fought is the first one in Ninja Gaiden. He's slow, fat, blind, retarded, armed with a dull knife, and knows that you're in the room with him...somewhere.

What a challenge.

The first boss in Ninja Gaiden doesn't use a dull knife....

My mistake. I haven't played that game in ages. I just remembered he had...something, and that it wasn't very lethal, though it probably could've been in more talented hands, like Ryu's.

Eh, I'm rambling.

Dracula from Castlevania 2. All you had to do was just whip him a few times and throw gold daggers at him. That and Medusa from Super Castlevania 4.

doyle in far cry. I shot him in the face before I realized it was him, thought he was another scientist with a gun. BAM cutscene done.

{whoops, this post contains spoliers. mwaahaha}

by the way the voice of doyle is the same as hendrix in red faction.
and he does the same damn thing. at least hendrix was loyal
fuck twist betrayal endings, they're cheap

I forget what it's called, but it's the second time you fight that spider robot thing in Metroid Fusion. You just hang from the ceiling and aim down at its head and it can't hit you. :(

That was the first time. In the second fight, his jumps can hit you and send you into the electrified water.

Along the same line as James:

When Cecil (the paladin) fights Cecil (the Dark Knight version) in FF2/4. Again, all you gotta do is stand there.

I whipped the Omega Pirate's monkey ass in Metroid Prime. Once i fgured out how to attack him, he was fucked. It only took a few super missiles and he was stomped. I was scared of fighting him at first, too. I heard he was wicked hard. :-/

Uh, you can beat Psycho Mantis in MGS with Controller 1 without cheating. In fact, you're supposed to use controller 1; you just break all the statues in the room and he can't move as fast anymore.

No, no, if you go all the way to the left side of the ceiling-ladder thing, he can't hit you without shooting missiles. And you can just blast those once.

Psycho Mantis, once you figure out the secret. Granted, that secret took me about three hours.

i know. all of a sudden the colonel's like, "plug your controller into the other port!"

the easiest boss fight would have to be in i think final fantasy 8 when you fight the zombie dude on the train. all you do is use like 1 or 2 potions on him and he dies. stupid.

edit: i just read artificialbrandon's post about phoenix downs. thats what i meant. phoenix downs not potions.
