I'll step gingerly over the "fucking idiot" post here (ignoring the fact that by posting, it means me). :)

My user name is normally "Terra Firma" since I'm doing studies in land elevations. It's just a handle of mine. But when I address somebody personally in a post, I use my given name, Tara.

In this particular case, when I registered here, I was distracted and forgot to add the "Firma" to the "Terra." General laziness prevented me from going back to correct it. I suppose I ought to go back and make it right but I deep in it now with a post count in the staggering lower double digits. :) I would hate to give all that up at this juncture.
