Q-tips get some out, but they push in a lot of it, packing it into the ear. A healthy ear is supposed to have some wax in it. The above ear is actually rather ideal. Your ear probably has wax packed into it and irritation like this one:

I always make sure to get alot of water in there then let the suction of my pinkie pulling the water clean that baby out. Then dry it with a q-tip.

Try an ear candle. It's a weird tuby-conic-thing that you put in your ear, light the far end, and the it sucks all the wax out.

DID ANYONE EVER HEAR OF THE NATURAL Q-TIP, THE FINGER! :lol IT'S GREAT IT GETS OUT ALL OF THE WAX AND THAT'S IT.
