I just bought halo. It came with counter-strike and 3 other expansions. I'll probably never play counter-strike :(

I've never played xbox CS, but I never heard anything remarkable about it. Halo is classic though. It's a fucking pain in the ass but if you ever get the chance and can get a LAN going with a bunch of people and some other xboxes/tv's, it's fucking great.

Has anyone heard when Halo 2 is supposed to come out? I went to Bungie's site and everything I saw was monsterously outdated.

make sure your half life is set on open gl video mode and not software as well. (assuming you ahve the pc version)

I fell into the Future shop trap....

I was going to buy Armed and Dangerous(Funniest Game I ever Played) then it caught my eye Halo&CS for X-Box. I bought it because the Halo i have is the origional Xbox release version and scratched to hell but I did it more for CS. I got home and poped it in and it looked soo good on the Case but after I started playing I realized that it looks almost NO different that the PC version. In fact it looked exactly the same the only thing that improved was LIGHTING AND about 1/4 of the TEXTURES!!!!!. So i went back to futureshop and tried t give Halo and CS back but because I played CS for less than 15 minutes I VOIDED THEIR FRIGGIN WARRANTY!!!! so I went home. Now it collects dust and I use it as a coaster :(

Winter '04?!?! Arrgh!! All of these great games just tease me over and over. Half-life 2 was supposed to come out in September, then the release date got moved up to Febuary 3rd, now it's ?????. It's Duke Nukem Forever all over again.

ArrowX, you are just dumb... Why the hell would you buy a PC game for Console if you already had it? Lets not think about the added cost of X-Box Live, or that most FPS on consoles suck hardcore compared to PC versions. God Damn, you make me want to hate the human race. >:

It is possible that Bubsy 3D was made as an "anti-game" to scare people away from videogames forever, because that is what it did to most who played it. They spent so much money on the development aimed towards shittyness, that they only had enough money left for 10% of the textures needed; which was perfect since their solution of a single bold color only furthured them to their goal. So when they paired that up with the unresponsive, buttfucked up controls where moving across the room was a morning-long marathon of controller abuse, they created a majestic work of shit.
PS, don't give this to someone as a joke. You will get punched in the face, just as I did.
