Acne problems and questions

It just seems that this topic doesn't really apply anywhere else in this site. For some reason (I think stress) I've had a serious acne outbreak lately. I've been going REALLY crazy trying to get rid of the stuff. What's the best cream/ointment/pill/medication/living condition you can recommend to get rid of this shitstorm?

I'm on Isotretinoin( Accutane, Roaccutane, Amnesteem, etc.) currently for the third cycle in a 2 year period. It works very well for some. Ok for others. Not at all for a small small percent, and completely eradicated all acne permanently for the remaining 10%.

Basically it exfoliates your face for you, in the most extreme and painful manner possible; by rendering your sebacious glands unfunctional. Dead skin cells and sebum are what cause acne, and when you eradicate one, the other can hardly stand to do much. This actually does cause acne for the first 1-4 weeks however, by making you shed so much skin and by pushing the acne already far under your skin up to the top. As well it can cause major birth defects, skeletal and muscle problems, brain pressure, blindess, seisures, uclers, hearing impairment, headaches, and varying mental side affects. It also costs 600$ a month for a 5-6 month cycle without inssurance.

But it works so great. :)

Soap will not help acne. Proactiv is simply repackaged and fancy labeled benzoyl peroxide and salacylic acid (both of which only make some peoples, i.e, my, acne worse). Grease or chocolate are not related to acne.

I hope you all get the kind of acne I had. I realy really wish it was soething everyone on earth had to experience at one point or another, like puberty. For a year or two everyone should have severe acne vulgaris and not want to show their face in public.

WHen I started taking Spirolactone and Estrodiol Valerate any acne I had pretty much completely disappeared... my family has some fucked up genetic acne thing... i was one of the few who couldn't get medication for it, though, cause it wasnt bad enough or something.

Anyway, I wouldn't reccomend you take spirolactone, unless you want your balls to shrivel up.
