I'm a moderate Dragonball fan, so would I get a cheap laugh out of this movie? The production value is SO low and i'm dying to see it, but should I save my money for just a different cheesy, low-budget crackfest?

As a connoisseur of awful movies, I've been wanting to see this one for a while. It looks...awesome.

The characters aren't the ones seen in the manga/anime, but some of them are "supposed" to be, like Westwood, the Yamucha character, and Monkey Boy as Goku, and so forth.
