Sethomas Catholicism allows people to be taken off life support, even if it kills them. Although I am morally opposed to it, I think that euthanasia should be legal in cases of terminal illness.

Euthenasia: Mercy killing or simply murder?

I think it is NOT a problem. If someone is on life support, unconcious, and in pain, then let them go. There are some out there, religious types, mostly, that think it is wrong to let people off of life support. They try to protect life from birth to natural death, but life support is NOT natural. If they were to die if they were NOT on life support, and there is no way to cure them, then the only humane thing to do is to pull the plug. It is as simple as that.
