CBS apologizes for airing "Price Is Right" showcas ...of a New Orleans trip and a speedboat. "A rather awkward circumstance arose on September 8, 2005, when in the aftermath of the Hurricane Katrina tragedy, CBS unintentionally ran a repeat that featured a trip to New Orleans and a speedboat during the Showcase segment. Network officials noticed the error in time to rerun a different episode on the West Coast." Whoops! |
