Dr. Boogie Got it. You use the "freeze" command in the "Windows" menu.

Locking columns/rows on a spreadsheet

That's what I would think you'd call it, anyway.

Does anyone know how you make it so that a column or row in a spreadsheet stays visible no matter how far you scroll on the sheet? Excel or Openoffice, if you know how to do it on either.
