Tadao I think the first sentence kinda covers that, but that could be added too. I'd prefer to keep it small and simple. It's only a guideline.

How do you guys feel about adding something to the guidelines on the subject of article linking.

Something like

"Please try to express your own feelings and beliefs in your own words, posting the links to articles and blogs only to show where you got your source from. When questioned about your beliefs, express them with your own words."
