All Hail Duke go ravens

10,000 Volt Ghost Sanchez benched the rest of the season so now the 3rd strong qb will start.

Poor fucking tebow.

Colonel Flagg Enjoy it while it lasts, Bab-o.

Babs The colonel is an eagles fan. As for cincy lately, it's hard to believe they are actually good.

Mike Tobacco Ah, learn something new everyday. I didn't know about Rich coaching the Iggles or the nosedive that team took.

You think I refer to the Jets?

Colonel Flagg This season is starting to remind me strongly of the final season of the "Rich Kotite Era" - the parallels are spooky.

Mike Tobacco Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jevon Belcher murdered his girlfriend and then went to the Chiefs practice facility and committed suicide this morning. Crazy.

The GM, Scott Pioli, and head coach Romeo Crennel talked to him before he shot himself and witnessed the suicide.

The NFL is so far taking a "the show must go on" stance, but if I'm the Chiefs owner I'm forfeiting the game and giving refunds. They've got the worst record in the league, and based off of the fan reaction to this year's squad (cheering an injured player; 80,000 fans on the "Save our Chiefs" Facebook page) I doubt anyone is going to be too upset.

Worst of all is that his girlfriend just had a baby. It's just an all-around tragedy.

HAHAHAHAHA! Only the fucking Jets, eh? I'm pretty sure the only reason Tebow didn't come in tonight was because Rex didn't want to give Belichick the pleasure of being the man that broke him.

Full play in all it's glorious ineptitude here:

10,000 Volt Ghost I wish they would put on full colored commentators from alabama.
Aug 19th, 2012 09:48 PM
Colonel Flagg I'd prefer part time color commentators.
Aug 17th, 2012 10:28 PM
10,000 Volt Ghost Are part time refs really worse then full time refs?

Colonel Flagg Time for the (new) T.O. Show!

Colonel Flagg What would we do without Jerry Jones?

Colonel Flagg Indeed, the Chargers alumni from the '94 Super Bowl team seem to be hella cursed.

Pentegarn RIP Junior Seau

MailCall Interesting how Elway is taking Manning on a goodwill tour of the city. Meanwhile Tebow is paying $45.00 for parking.

Babs I think its a pretty dumb move myself, hence why the browns are forever doooooooomed.
Apr 28th, 2012 09:03 PM
Colonel Flagg Sounds like the Eagles.
Apr 28th, 2012 09:55 AM
Pentegarn Yes, Cleveland should waste their young QB, good strategy. What is with this odd trend of dumping young promising players for short term older ones?
Apr 28th, 2012 12:28 AM
Babs The browns are actually in talks with trading mccoy. Possibly green bay.

2012/2013 NFL thread

So with the Draft the new year of NFL is upon us.

The first round has come and gone with a record number of trades and the picks being done in under 3 hours breaking yet another NFL draft record.

-The first 2 picks went as predicted
-The Patriots decided to go against their usual strategy and traded up twice
-The Browns Drafted a 28 year old to mentor Colt McCoy
