Does anyone remember Danger Mouse and Count Duckula? I found those entertaining as a child. I have to say You can't do that on television was one of my fav's. I don't remember Mad Movies, sorry. Are you afraid of the dark kicked ass as well. So did Rocko, Pete and Pete. |

Here's To Future Nostalgia! Jeez, strange memories on this lonely night in Anchorage. Obscure references aside, I recall the hey-day of Nick with relish. I remember how my parents would FORBID me to watch Ren & Stimpy. Of course, they also forbade Beavis & Butthead, huhuh, and we all know how well that went, don't we buttmunch? Huhuh. Shit, I remember I watched Nick all the damn time. Until Cartoon Network came along. Now honestly, Nick had nothing to compete with Thundarr the Barbarian, or Centurions, or Galdar. The only thing they did have was Looney Tunes, and eventually Cartoon Network was like "What the hell are you doing with that? GIMME!" Wow, nostalgia is hitting me upside the head like the dank odor of Gak, remember that stuff? Smelled like someone tried to perfume horseshit and fuse it with silly putty and sell it to kids. |

"now for the tale....(woosh)...of the spooky teapot!" "hey what are you kids doin with ma stash" "what you mean this mystical powery stuff, be burn it mister" "YOU JUST BURNNED 10,000 BUCKS WORTH OF COKE!" (comical escapades follow) the one episode i really remember was the haunted cab episode and they had to solve riddles "its a hole! its a hole in the barrel!" |
