No, not unless you're good with a soldering iron, generally. You might have a high-end, yet pricey computer that has an MXM module for expansion, but I doubt it. Not for the $1000 you specified in another thread. Nope. The cheapest thing to do is get more RAM, a faster hard-drive, overclock, or some sort of solid state drive. And keep all of your software up to date, (drivers and such), and keep them free of bloat.

Upgrading my laptop's hardware

Is this possible? Like could I replace the video card with a better one and not have to do anything I wouldn't do on a PC afterwards?
