Yeah, I did a double take when you said it was a wolverine. Apparently, the more correct term would be the Asian or Palawan Bearcat. Title has been changed accordingly.

They're the exact same animal, although the term "bearcat" can be also used to refer to the unrelated binturong, which is what I now see that the picture is of upon closer inspection.

I thought the nose was looking too pointed to be a wolverine...I should've known.

Apparently, these wierd guys make chuckling sounds when they're happy. Also pretty damn mean when pissed off.
