RaNkeri I tried irfanview, but now the problem is that I cannot resize the animation while it's runnin.,If I stop the animation I cannot turn it on after resizing.

MetalMilitia You're probably just not exporting it as the correct file format (animated gif) after resizing it. Either that or photo editor doesn't support animated gifs (most likely).

Either way something like irfanview should work.

Resizing animated gif

What program do I have to use to succesfully resize an animated gif? I've tried using MS Photo Editor, but after the edit the animation won't work anymore.
