Mr.Ghost I always have trouble around the Donkey Kong part. But I did reach the next level. I have to say this reminds me of the Robocop game for the NES. Such good memories.

Max Fightmaster Abobo's Big Adventure is officially one year old!

Googie Wow, it's been years I came here. I played it up to level 2, and already I like this game. If you're going to make this downloadable please make it into an NES ROM if it's possible. But yeah even if I only made it to level 2 this is the best game I played on the net in years! Thanks for making such a great game fellas!

Fun as hell.

fishymeatshoe Rog, I just wanted to thank you and team bobo for a great game! I really enjoyed it and the medals just keep me playing it more.

Well done!

Max Fightmaster I noticed some Mother/Earthbound Zero characters here and there. Props for including them, but I wish there was more, like a Mother style boss, but great stuff nonetheless.

Genrewriter Finally finished the game, here's the link to the review on my blog. Once again, fantastic job, Roger.

Mockery Thanks! The free downloadable version will be coming very soon, and in addition to not needing a browser to play it, you'll be able to play it in fullscreen mode. I'll be sure to make a post as soon as it's ready.

Deadly Towers Sux I almost fatally OD'd on awesome! Good job RoG and everyone else involved in ABA's creation, can't wait for the downloadable version!

Genrewriter Whew, finally beat the game. Awesome ending, and just a fantastic experience overall.

Genrewriter Much as I'm loving this, I do have to say the frigging Mecharobobo is a truly frustrating enemy.

HowardC I found the source of the error Rog:

It's the newly released 64 bit version of flash player. The 32 bit version works just fine. It WAS working fine btw, it happened sometime between version 1.1 and ver 1.3.

Now if I can only figure out how to transfer over my save....

Genrewriter As soon as I beat this game I'm writing about it on my blog.

Mockery Thanks so much for all the compliments guys! We're incredibly overwhelmed by the success of the game so far... it's spread absolutely everywhere and already had over a million plays in under a week in addition to now being the #1 ranked game of all time on Newgrounds. Thanks to all of you who've helped spread the word about it!

We're still fixing some minor glitches here 'n there, and we will be releasing a free downloadable standalone version sometime in the near future with fullscreen capabilities.

Howard - Thanks, glad you dig the game. In regards to the "s" key throttling issue, we haven't been able to replicate it, and out of more than a million people who've played it, you're the only one to report this strange bug. What browser are you using? We recommend Firefox. IE has many known problems with Flash games as it is, including the sticking keys issue.

HowardC I'm loving this game btw... but I've noticed that we've went through a few minor revisions and I think you might have inadvertantly introduced some bugs.

Now in the first level, whenever I hold the "s" key the game speeds up as if throttling has been turned off.

Also the controls printed above have no bearing in the game.... the keys are "a" and "s" not a and b.

Genrewriter Good lord, the Zelda level is kicking my head in!

That Other Guy TMNT electro-kelp and Flash Man lasers? I don't know where the line between old-school difficulty and sadism is (or whether the game crossed it or not), but I am pretty sure this trio of developers got a good close-up view of it.
That being said, great game! A big slam-run home-dunk. I just wish I could have had one of those USB converters to play with a real NES controller.

Nick I freaking loved this game, Rog. I streamed the count down on my livestream page. The viewers ate it up. Good job, man.

Genrewriter Awesome stuff, Roger. Congratulations.

The_Punk_Hippie Well, that was fun while it lasted. I bitched & moaned at the Balloon Fight stage, but I persevered & got through it finally... only to be greeted with Flash Man's stage. 15+ lives later, & I admit defeat. I guess I'll just have to wait for someone to post a playthrough to youtube D:
