My favorite. Lagers are usually just bitter and stored/carbonated for a certain period of time.

LAGERS

I'm well-versed in beer, porters, IPAs, and hefeweizen, but I know jack shit about lagers (aside from Boston lager) and "bitters". What are your favorite lagers, what is the difference between them, and what are the most popular lagers? Does Boston lager count as a real lager? Besides this, what the hell is the exact definition of a "bitter"? (This is not a replacement of BTC's beer thread, I'm just curious).

And the first person to bring up an American craft beer dies. I don't give a fuck about some two-bit company's Buttersweet Pumkin-Nutmeg "Lager". (Just sayin')
