Build a different kind of robot, then. It's always fun to make stuff that can drive around and avoid obstacles.

Archduke Tips I have a girlfriend. She helps me with the visual/aesthetic parts of the design.

(In other words she is beautiful and good in bed. )

A Call for Ideas

I have about 10 days off from college coming up very soon. I am a junior majoring in electrical engineering.

I'm not going to go home for this break, but instead I will be building something. I'm not sure what it is yet, so I am reaching out to you guys for ideas.

You guys come up with a lot of good humor here, so maybe you can come up with some cool ideas. If you have an idea that you want built, please either post it here or private message it to me.

I have a few rules on what I will build:
1.) I choose what project I am going to build.
2.) I will not build anything that will breaks any laws or may be harmful to myself or others
3.) I will not put more than 30 hours into the project this break
4.) If you want what I build, you have to pay for the supplies, which includes any extra tools I have to buy and I get to keep the tools
5.) I own the intellectual rights to any schematics I come up with

As for what kinds of things I can build:
I'm experienced with designing and building circuitry by hand
I can also design electrical systems and pick appropriate electromechanical components (motors, solenoids, switches)
I have a limited knowledge of programming PICs, but I am willing to learn more
I have access to some power tools and standard electrical engineering equipment (DMMs, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer)
