no the series is better. since they still play it on adult swim every night. no one gives a flying fuck about the movie since it was created first and wasn't actually a movie anyway it was just a two-part miniseries really. and anyway how can you not like stand alone complex, it's got way more action than that lame chick flick. also go post in the Major Kusanagi thread I made in the movies/television forum. post some nude pics of her if you can find some.
