Does American insurance count in Tijuana? Can you even get insurance coverage for professional whorebagging?

Medicare doesn't do shit for you in Canada or Mexico; the same is true of much US insurance.

I mention this because I took a notch out of my shinbone once in Niagara Falls and I had to wait till I got home for treatment.
