i just bought some sauerkraut today, because i'm back on another diet stretch and looking at the nutrition facts, it's basically pure fiber :O

also i like sauerkraut and it makes me feel like more of a german ;<

I was raised on sauerkraut. I LOVE PICKLES.

I :love 'kraut, pickles, vinegar, wasabi, curry, tabasco - basically anything that burns me. :)

I almost bought some saurkraut the other day for the same reasons :O
