I learned that although sensitivity is important to fulfilling a woman's needs, toughening up (with the help of the theme from Shaft in Africa and some manly tea) is important too so you can take the blows of life without feeling like shooting yourself like that Kurt Cobain guy did.

And it only took me 18 years, at least I found out just in time...
