Believe it or not people still buy GBC's. For 30 dollars.

Dr. Boogie Apr 17th, 2009 06:22 PM

Does GBC stand for something other than Gameboy Color, or are people just too dumb to buy GBAs instead?

Emu Apr 18th, 2009 09:16 PM

More often it's too cheap rather than too dumb. Parents buy them for their kids to shut them up.

Zhukov Apr 19th, 2009 11:23 PM

I just got my 360 back from repairs, I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the service apart from the fact that they didn't actually fix the problems so now I have to send it away again.

stevetothepast Apr 24th, 2009 08:01 PM

well at least you got it back on time!

10,000 Volt Ghost Apr 25th, 2009 12:59 PM

What a bunch of jerks

Supafly345 Apr 25th, 2009 08:51 PM

They don't actually send you back your system, they send you someone elses that they just finished repairing. When I sent in mine for not being able to read disks, I got one back that couldn't identify controllers.

Zhukov Apr 26th, 2009 10:16 AM

I can't be arsed calling them again. It took me a month too call up the tax department to get my tax return back, and that was $1500 dollars, this is just a Xbox. I'll do it tomorrow.

I'll have to check if my serial number is the same, too, I guess.

Supafly345 Apr 26th, 2009 05:29 PM

I think you have my brain, may I have it back.

Zhukov Apr 26th, 2009 07:45 PM

Still using it etc

did they do anythin bout it? i just got the rrod nd idk if i wanna send it in or just buy a new one

Zhukov May 10th, 2009 05:35 AM

Well it's free, so if you life several hundred dollars you will probably just send it away to get repaired for free. It's free.

Nick May 11th, 2009 02:40 AM

The second time I got an RROD I decided that a new system was the best fix.

You tell them so, then go through the repair process again.

The second time I sent one in, either I got mine back fixed, or they very carefully switched the serial numbers on two different 360s and then transferred all the game licenses to the new one. Whichever you think is most feasible.

brokensaint82 May 12th, 2009 09:13 PM

great..ah well, what are the chances of it happenin anyways, hopefully i get it soon cause i miss RE5 and Fable 2 already

Supafly345 May 19th, 2009 11:36 AM

I always got mine back within 5 days, even though they said it would take up to 10.

LordSappington May 27th, 2009 10:59 PM

I got mine back; I put my little tag on the inside of the USB flap, and it's still there. Works better than ever, too.

Nick May 27th, 2009 11:36 PM

They really do return it fast. Too bad I thought it would be funny to move to a new house last time I sent it in. Too me months to track it down again.

LordSappington May 28th, 2009 08:56 AM

I got mine back in four days, but it helps that the repair station was only a hundred miles away.

Zhukov May 31st, 2009 10:56 AM

I still haven't sent mine back for the second time. Damn I'm lazy.

It's been a month or something, who knows. I'm sure they will accept it back whenever I get around to doing it.
