What exactly did you do to it?

All he did was postpone it by taking forever to send a CD. And know that I have the CD, it has one song repeating over and over again. So, he is gone, and we have to fix it.

What song did he choose?

I wrote a big letter about how I have been experimenting with electronic music and how I've had to do some soul-searching because I realized I wasn't funny anymore, and then I put the Hamtaro themesong on it 7 times in a row :lol

I don't even like music and I didn't even intend to listen to anybody's mixes :lol :lol :lol

How did his sending out a cd that wasn't really good actually screw up the tape tree (aside from his delays)?

And whenever you do another tape tree, let me know and I might get in on it (though I'm not sure I follow exactly how it works).

he sent a crappy mix, and it was also too late, and he probably trashed the one i sent him because he never planned on really participating in the first place.

Jixby didn't ruin the tape tree at all, despite what's been said. All he did was delay it a little bit, but it was already delayed anyway due to Dole's package getting misplaced in snail mail limbo for a while.

It MIGHT be possible for somebody else to get into the tape tree now because we're still in the first round, but that would only delay us further. You'd have to ask Buffalotom, he's the big man in charge.

I told Solid to do something like this when he first joined the Tape Tree, except I wanted him to use a techno remix of the Mortal Kombat theme song that I found on Morpheus.

I even said that I'd take responsibility for it and call it "Chimp's Mix" and burn the CD myself if he'd send it. :(

Of course he refused because he's a big fag and claimed that it wouldn't be "funny." >:

Okay, well, ziggy seems to have disappeared and has not answered any of my emails, so he is off the list. I sent an email out to everyone proposing how we'll fix this final hole. Hopefully, within a couple of weeks, we'll be ready to mail out. We'll finish one complete revolution of this tree, I swear.

No, I refused because its a fucking bad idea and lame. Also, I actually know music so I can make a real mix, somethiung you'd have trouble doing with your 2 mp3s.

i should be sending everything out tomorrow. sorry i took a week longer than i originally said... but it should get to both their houses and give them time to listen before the 21st.

i sent it off on friday, but i just missed the mail car, so apparently they couldnt do anything with it until today, so they probably sent it on its way just now.

you might have to extend that 21st date a few more.

i got tenno's mix a couple days ago, it's quite nice. i think i have the same mum song on mine tho :oops

some stuff i never bothered to look at before that i liked: alec empire, blackalicious one of the meat beat manifesto songs. i heard danger's new album and wasnt impressed at all, this song is fine though. the alec empire i knew existed, i just never sat down with it. it was good.

p.s. - good call on the boards of canada, julie and candy is one of my favorites.
