The Last Supper

A group of liberla, yuppie students accidentally kills a racist redneck over dinner, and then decide they want to make a habit of inviting people of extreme right-winged ideas and poison them. Over time, they start to kill not just people with extreme ideas, but just anyone they disagree with.

Really bizarre movie. Maybe not what I'd call great, but the surreal performances and the way it tends to border on black comedy, but stay just unsettling enough to never be funny.

Made me think, anyway. To generalize, the right side habitually mocks the left side, while the left side plain and seriously wants the right side to shut up. This movie kind of follows that line of thought, and then breaks the moral limits. Or something.

Re: The Last Supper

Underrated flick if you ask me. I always liked it a lot. Doesn't hurt that Ron Perlman is in it either.
