After the Gold Rush

Got the record on vinyl for free! Bonanaza! My friend said it was amazing, so I listened to the title track. I don't know if I was more :love or :tear . Very powerful stuff, and I think it's reasoanble to assume that with a man as acclaimed as Young, that you can excpect consistency in this album.

Yeah, easily on of the best albums ever made. I love it, and have since I was very young. It's so beautiful and melancholic, but it also rocks out as well. It's just this amazing mix of passion and lonliness. You should check out Neil Young's "Rust Never Sleeps" as well, since it is generally considered his second best, or best depending on who you talk to. I stick by ATGR though.

I prefer Rust never sleeps. ATGR is my second choice though, and a close second at that.

Silver and gold is also really good. So are a lot of his albums.
