Freddy vs. Jason: Rue Morgue magazine talked with Director Ronny Yu who not only confirmed that three different endings will be filmed, it seems he's upbeat about a possible sequel: "Oh yeah. See, I think of this as the first film in a series, not the 20th. We're kind of forgetting everything that's happened before and starting from scratch while at the same time showing flash backs... like a refresher. everyone knows who Freddy and Jason are so we wanna make a film for the masses, not really the hardcore fans who might remember some detail from a sequel 10 years ago. So, basically they're telling the people who have been the most supportive for this movie they don't care. "For the masses" scares the shit out of me. Expect a rating like pg-13 and very little blood and gore, which is what made each series famous. Face it, it's going to suck horribly. We're talking worse than halloween ressurection.
