The smiley face was unintentional. It's from rapidly drawn tummy lines that are incomplete.

Make a nakie of the female one, but put a tampon in the cooter. Then, you can pull that out too, and it makes a sickening noise and makes her constantly drip on the floor of the image. I think that'd kill any potential boners.
