how do you transfer a MPEG file into a JPeg file.
and where do i get the program to do it for free if it dosent come with windows XP?

All you can do is take a screen shot. See that button on your keyboard that says "print scr" (short for print screen)? Cue up your movie and hit that button. It will snap a picture of your desktop. Open an image editing program and press CTRL+ALT+Y.
Now go to "File" and "Save As" and save the file as "stupidfaggotdesktop.jpg" anywhere on your computer. Now go to explorer and find the file. Right click on the file and click on "Properties". Now click on the "Advanced" tab and click on the button that says "ONLY 4 FAGGORTS" and click "Yes, I am a FAGGORTS".

You should be good to go.
