UT going too fast

I got Unreal Tournament recently and it all runs extremely fast. Is there any way to slow it down?

Is there an option to change the framerate? If not that, then if you have dual processors, turn one off when you run it.

That's all I know how to do :lol

Nevermind. Apparently there's an option to change the game's speed. It was at 100% so I took it down to 80% and it runs comfortably fast.
