Yes, Philly is in the crosshairs.

I don't particularly care too much - we live in a fortified bunker with barbed wire electrified fencing and vicious dobermans surrounding the perimeter. My generator is gassed up and ready to go, and both of my underground fuel tanks are full, as is the food storage locker and walk-in freezer. I've got plenty of ammo and am more than willing to use it.

Come on, looters, let's see what you've got. :omega

i live at the top of a giant hill. not a single fuck is given

kahljorn Aug 27th, 2011 12:53 AM

hernirene doesn't stand a chance against dobermans

k0k0 Aug 27th, 2011 01:38 AM

The only thing I have to worry about here is a tornado. But I haven't been in a tornado in 29 years of living here, so I'd say the chances aren't good I'll see one. No natural disasters can fuck with me.

I have to work overtime from sunday to wednesday 10 hour days even on my days off. My next day off is next sunday.

We insure a shit load of people in nc, through philly, nj, nyc and boston and they are all getting torn up.

Shits gonna suck.

Esuohlim Aug 27th, 2011 02:30 AM

HAVE FUN WITH YOUR HURRICANE WHILE BUSH DOESN'T DO SHIT TO HELP WITH HURRICANE RELIEF. IT'S 2005 ALL OVER AGAIN, YOU FUCKS.

Evil Robot II Aug 27th, 2011 02:47 AM

I spent the past two days preparing about 150 out of the 700 boats in the marina I work at for the storm. At about 7:00 pm tonight they said they (the government) were padlocking the gates at 10 pm and nobody can enter the property until tuesday. Needles to say everything will be gone by then and the government will have a massive cleanup of boats all over the highway.

Oh yeah, the city of new york issued a mandatory evacuation and since I live on a small island in the middle of Jamaica bay, I think I should go.

It's a good thing barbed wire and dobermans are immune to hurricanes.

Pentegarn Aug 27th, 2011 06:16 AM

Why couldn't the Hurricane be called Eileen instead? I could do Steelheart and Dexy's Midnight Runner gags then

Fathom Zero Aug 27th, 2011 07:34 AM

Or serial killer jokes.

Two words: Job security

Colonel Flagg Aug 27th, 2011 08:47 AM

How are all our NC buds doing? Still online?

k0k0 Aug 27th, 2011 09:36 AM

I remember getting fired from dell when hurricane katrina happened since I was in sales to the New Orlean's school systems. Pieces of shit couldn't just transfer me to a different set of schools. Anyways, I got a job at Sears after that and all of these people were calling in because they had 'insured' all of their appliances/tvs and shit through us and they got all wet. We had to tell them we couldn't do shit. Act of god or something. Sears' insurance policies are fucked and stupid.

10,000 Volt Ghost Aug 27th, 2011 10:20 AM

I figured they were more likely warranties. So unless the tvs and blenders malfunctioned causing the levees......bladda bladda bladda made me think of

instead.

Womti Aug 27th, 2011 02:17 PM

:tear

ThrashO Aug 27th, 2011 02:58 PM

NC is so far very disappointing. I've been waiting for my roof to tear off for the past 10 hours now >:

mainly because I really hate the children who live above us.

Colonel Flagg Aug 27th, 2011 06:46 PM

The rains have started in Philly. Still waiting for the wind. (whistles)

Man this storm is moving slowly. :(

kahljorn Aug 27th, 2011 06:53 PM

ThrashO Aug 27th, 2011 08:26 PM
